  Staff were very friendly, lovely house and the breakfast a+. Comfortable room - its not a hotel so don't expect that type of room style but it was nice and clean and comfortable and more welcoming than a traditional B&B - it is a guest house which I prefer. 10 minute walk to pub and probably another 10mins to harbour.   The staff were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was to muchtrouble. Can definately recommend it to others, the rooms were brightand spotlessly clean and the breakfast excellent. There was a lovelygarden and fantastic sea views.   The hotel owners are a wonderful couple who can't do enough to help - thanks to the weather and the cancellation of the Oldenburg we were able to enjoy a second night of their warm hospitality and amazing breakfast! - Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very nice.

  Hotel was stunning and set ideallic grounds. Staff extremely welcoming and the rooms immaculate with great facilities. Breakfast was faultless, and they use all local produce. Great price for a stunning guest house & recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Ilfracombe. Breakfast was lovely cooked and I got the feeling nothing was too much trouble to ensure you had the best possible stay. 100% only place I will ever stay whilst in Ilfracombe.

  I stay in Hotels/Guest houses all the time and this has to be one of thebest. Whilst it is not a Hotel, (and does not claim to be), it haseverything. A cosy, well stocked bar and excellent restaurant. Afriendly welcome, lovely rooms and the breakfast is suberb, freshlycooked to order. A great location, only a few minutes walk to theharbour where yo... что говорят » u will find excellent Bars and Restaurants. - We have found a place that we would definately go back to, everything is within walking distance, the owners were accomodating and very helpful, giving recommendations on where to eat and visit, my wife and I came away relaxed and not wanting to go home.
