I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel. The staff were excellent, especially as they were unable to find our booking which we made through letsbookhotel.com. They handled the situation very quickly and were able to make a new booking at the price we had originally booked.

Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything. Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was
immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more.

The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too.
I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates.

Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work. The room was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert),
Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection -

This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time.
Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed.
- The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful. The room was nice and clean, but was a bit to hot for me.
