  I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness.   Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

  We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean.
