  Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Also parking on site was a great bonus. Only 10 minute, nice walk into the centre. - The guest house was lovely and clean and the room was the same we were really pleased with it and will definately stay there next time we come to York.

  The room, the hotel and the staff were excellent. It wasn't 'posh' but it was comfortable and we felt like it was a home from home, the breakfast was excellent.   The room was immaculately clean and I can't honestly suggest how it could be improved. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. I will definitaly recommend it to friends and will definitely stay there again.   We really enjoyed our stay at the Ashbourne House. The room was fantastic and very inviting. The breakfast was very good and included many choices. Also, they provided us with a babycot and a highchair. There was a variety of complimentary teas and coffee in the room along with a clean water pitcher and cups. Also, we really liked its location... что говорят » . I would highly recommend this BandB to anyone!! - We had two different types of rooms which were both extremely well kept and very clean. There was an excellent selection for breakfast. The hotel was within walking distance of the city and not too far from other attractions. Paul and Julie were welcoming and helpful when we needed information during our stay. I would recommed this hotel to anyone.
