My wife and I stayed for two nights and for dining in the restaurant for one night we were given a free upgrade to a large double room with sea view - which was magnificent. A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

Great for a group -
Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great
communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again
and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels,
washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone
else falling through the bed slats!

The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be.
