  We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel.   Wow! Such a friendly group of staff. The staff couldn't have tried any harder - they genuinely were a friendly and helpful bunch - Premier Inn should be very proud of them. Well done!   I've just returned from a 3 day trip to London with my mum and we absolutely loved our stay at London Bridge Hotel. The location is fantastic, just round the corner from the tube station and Borough Market. Our room was comfortable and welcoming and very quiet even on a Saturday night. - Room was comfortable.
