The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras

There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great. Don't expect a great river view unless you have paid extra, perfect location

Spacious modern apartment with great facilities and a wonderful view over the Thames. Tesco Extra in the complex provided the option to eat in/have a good breakfast each day before setting out sightseeing. Vauxhall tube station was right outside so getting around was really easy. Good comfortable room with a great breakfast. Hotel provided a ground floor room which we had requested. Easy walking to train and bus services. great pub only 100 metres away. Free wi fi access to internet was great. Hotel stay was a very pleasant experience and the hotel was very fresh and well presented. - Clean, newly refurbished room.
