Location was good and hotel was not too big. Our room was cosy and equipped with everything we needed. The continental buffet breakfast and the 24hour coffee/tea facilities available in the lobby were excellent. - Centrally located and close to Victoria Station. Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom.

fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess!
Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They
had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

This is well above the standard of every other hotel I have stayed at, within ny upper budget limit of £80 pppm.The staff were friendly and helpful - the room well appointed and spotlessly clean. - Modern very clean comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast with goodchoices. An upgrade to a larger room made the stay even better as we areboth in our 70s.and not very mobile. Bathroom was spacious.

was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube

The room was really small for that price. We didn't realize it would be that small. Hotel under renovations and road closed but it was never less good. An explanation of air conditioning would have been helpful. We saw 28 heat and thought it was ON so we were cold for a day. First time in 40 years of ANY hotel we we charged to store our luggage for a few hours--and also charged £10 an hours overstay when we requested late stay provided hotel not full. Our plane took off 6pm. Not a way to keep customers. On principle I would prefer to pay £25 more at the Radisson 4 stars nearby
