  We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

This place costed us just shy of $200 Australian per night. Bargain for the location and it being self contained.   The receptionist were friendly and always smile when they saw us. We got the basement rooms as we booked three rooms and requested for the rooms to be closed to each other. I am happy that the hotel were able to fulfill this request. We really love the modern design of the rooms. Wifi was free and it's very fast too.
