  I likes the staff being very professiona and fully trained. I arrived quite early so they made sure that my room would be ready even before the normal check-in time so I managed to check in at 11 am already. It is a lovely location.   There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it.   For the price I wasn't expecting greatness but this place pleasently surprised. Staff were very helpful and although room was a bit on the small side, they had originally set aside a larger (quad) room but I wanted a double bed. All round, a very good experience. - Room was clean and tidy and recently painted. Breakfast was great!
