Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. I booked separate room. All facilities inside, even wash-bawl. Common bathroom and toilet, still when I was there - it was always at my disposal at any time. Clean room, calm place. Situated in the center. Breakfast included was quite variable. Very recommended for that price. -

Everything, especially dinner in the Mirrors Restaurant, which was fantastic! The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.
