Everything, especially dinner in the Mirrors Restaurant, which was fantastic! The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

Clean and well kept hotel with an absolutely unbeatable location at this price and standard. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in.
I've stayed a few times; quality is consistently very good and staff always friendly. I always wonder what the catch is.

The interior design, the exceptional standard of cleanliness, high quality food/drinks and range of food and drinks available. The nice small touches personalised hand written welcome card and gifts, washroom accessories, mini bar facilities, honesty bar, the staff. This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.
