  Very helpful staff, clean and well presented rooms, quiet environment. One of the best hotels I've stayed at for this price, would definitely return. Very comfortable room and bed.Great night's sleep. Room service fantastic, meal incredible.   I loved how clean it was and how it was just so close to everything, shopping centers, food places and the scenery. It was a little walk from the train station, but it was worth it. The beds were so comfortable and everything in the room was spotless. The decor in the rooms was so unique and very artistic.   Apartment is well-furnished and spacious with parking included and security. Grocery, coffee shop and taxi stand are around the corner. Make sure to arrive before the office closes. We arrived after the office closed and had trouble finding the key and also the apartment.   The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed being in the surroundings of the old part of the hotel. It had character as well as having modern facilties. The location was not only ideally central it was also very picturesque being surrounded by the georgian buildings around the square.   apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road.   STAFF WERE SO HELPFULL ADVISING WHERE TO GO WITH CHILDREN AGED 6 AND 13 THEY REALLY ENJOYED DYNAMIC EARTH ALSO ABLE TO GET IN EARLY AS STAFF HAD JUST FINISHED CLEANING, BUT HAD BEEN ADVISED WE COULD LEAVE BAGS IF ARRIVING EARLY THIS WAS VERY HELPFULL BECAUSE WE TRAVELLED BY TRAIN. Everything was in walking distance, but good local transport for the less energetic. Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored.
