  Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint. Can not rate the facilities, location and gardens highly enough. - The rather grand entrance sets the scene for the hotel, clean, modern and classy. Friendly staff made our stay most pleasurable.

  We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too.   The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and very efficient. The smallness of the hotel made it intimate and unique. The free breakfast was a great plus. The concierge was more than helpful.   Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).
