They provided us with helpful info about places to go and how to get there. Genuine and customer service focused. Made the stay really pleas - Fantastic location and excellent value for money. You really do get what you pay for, if not more. The reception staff were amazing at suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. Wifi access is very fast, considering the hotel was very busy when we stayed there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty!   The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,
