The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. No childrens menu in restaurant but my daughter wanted garlic bread and then chicken nuggets and fries and it was not a problem for them to

Our deluxe room was beautiful and quirky (also the rest of the hotel).
Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good
size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free

This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Perfect location for New Year, everything in walking distance, close to Trafalgar Square, easy access to Embankment for fireworks and New Year day parade passed front door...not to mention the hotel festivities, plenty going on in a stylish, refined way. Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

Great building, fab public areas. Terrific bedroom, particularly the large windows (room 308), deeply comfortable bed and great room decor. Great breakfast, Bloody Mary and lunch menu. Funky feel to the hotel, but with real comfort, style and atmosphere. Friendly staff. -

Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us.
The complimentary champagne on our first night was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.
