Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!

All the staff we met were polite, helpful and professional.
The room was well appointed and comfortable.

B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels). Kitchen and 2 bedrooms was nice for the extra room, especially in a city. The location was excellent - restaurants and grocery stores and pubs were close. It was also close to the tube where we could go into many areas of London and it was also a tube stop from the Heathrow airport - very convenient. -

The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!! We were very impressed with the layout of the studio room and the design of it. The heated floors was a bonus when we came in out of the cold!

It was a fantastic location - so near both Hammersmith tube stations. Great value for money, and would be great for families. Would stay here again, but maybe not just for one night, Garden amazing at front of main office and building!! - Staff very helpful. Room confortable. Good location in relation to tube.
