  Everything was great.We were greeted at the door,cases were taken up stairs.Rooms were spotless,nice little touches in the room bottle of water,quality tea,coffee and hot chocolate.The same in the bathroom,you did not need to bring your own toiletries everything was thought of. This was our first time at the Cornerways and we are looking forward to going again.We have already recommended it to familey and fri - We were warmly welcomed by Gloria our hostess. The guest house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, bedrooms and large tv lounge. The bathroom was not cramped with excellent fittings. Good choice of breakfast starters with lovely breakfast cooked to order. Brilliant value for money - we shall most certainly return.

  Owners very welcoming and friendly and the Welsh breakfast kept me going all day (especially loved the sausages - and we come from Braughing, Herts - a village famous for its sausages!!) - Excellent room, helpful owners- overall very pleasent stay! would recommend to anyone!!!

  Very hood value for the price. Clean room (dorm) and toilets/bathrooms. Well-located, very short walk to station, main street and beach promenade; easy parking in nearby streets. I had no idea until I got there that this would be such a popular destination on what seemed to be a very early spring day with no particular holidays etc. and until we got to the breakfast room, I thought we were probably the only guests!!!! Our room #3, I believe, had a view of an early spring container garden -- not very fancy, but also totally sheltered fro - Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

  Hotel ,clean and tidy central to all ameneities, the staff where very helpful,nothing was to much trouble. My wife and I would recommend ,and stay here again. - Very friendly staff. Breakfast was served at your own table. Plenty of it and freshly cooked. The public areas all had that air of a traditional old hotel.
