The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.

The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it.
The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard.

staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay
comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal
items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed
them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they
were superb and the atmosphere was great.

I stayed for my wedding pre night and actual night. They upgraded my room and generally looked after me, with much care. Daniel the manager was fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful. Everything, especially dinner in the Mirrors Restaurant, which was fantastic! The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

On check in, they mentioned the hostel was fully booked that night, so I was a bit nervous it would impact on comfort and sleep quality. Was happily proved wrong, yes, it was busy, but I didn't have to queue for toilets/showers at any time, and breakfast was fine, with plenty of free space at the tables. I only stayed here for one night, but was really impressed by the value for money and what the lodge provided! I only paid 14 pounds to stay in a mixed 18 bed dorm, which I was very unfortunate in that there were not a lot of guests occupying the room and were all very quiet. The room was very large and the decor of the whole lodge was so cute! Very british and quaint. We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.
