  The room was comfortable and there was a heater which proved very useful during cool, wet weather. After checking out, I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until I needed to the railway station, several hours later.   The location - just 10 min walk into the heart of the city (and the new Cabot Circus shopping center which my wife and daughter both loved)! The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times.
