This is the second time we have used this hotel. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. Although a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, there is such a friendly and helpful attitude amongst all the staff. The location is excellent, in a beautiful, quiet street, yet 2 minutes from Harrods. The interior design in the guest rooms and public rooms is pure luxury. This hotel is nothing short of perfect.
