I like the artsy, contemporary feel of the whole hotel - it feels like an understated and less visually disoriented W Hotel full of wonder, fun and craftiness. We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

TV has a Japanese channel(JSTV), excellent breakfast, clean and large room. convenient location(2-3 minutes walk from Earls Court underground station). Thanks to the weak pound sterling I could stay at this hotel. I have never met such a nice hotel like this in London before. So, when pound becomes strong again, I would not choose this hotel becaus

Hotel Rafayel is a class act, it is grand design that mixes latest technology without being over bearing, and architecturally this is one of the finest hotels for the quality and the price I paid for. I took a suite and 223 is one great suite, it is huge and the facilities are immense.

Five star hotel - I was very concerned as I had read few reviews about the location. I think location vise it on one of the best find, few minutes from my favorite haunt Blue Bird on the Kings Road.
Locations is more than offset by unimaginable luxury of the rooms and the size of the corridors, immense public areas for a small hotel likes this added character and class to our entire stay.
Very few hotels attract me to stay two evenings in a row for food and spa, this definitely did, will stay in future.

I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent.
The room was very comfortable and the spa area just great. -
