We had a deluxe room. It was immaculately clean on arrival as well as
after being serviced each daty. The room looked newly renovated. It was
large by London standards, as was the bathroom. There was always good
water pressure and plenty of hot water. All the staff we dealt with was

The hotel was in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from
Kensington High St underground. There were lots of shops, restaurants
and coffee shops just outside of the hotel. The staff were really
friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are
small but excellent value for money by London standards. The price we
paid included a continental breakfast so even better value. I would
definitely stay here again. Well done to the staff for running such a
well maintained and fr

We'd just been to Paris and there were no dressers for our clothes there, but there was lots of room at the Copthorne Tara to put our things away so we didn't feel we were living out of a suitcase. Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep. The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room

отличный район, очень близко от станции метро, отношение цена/качество - Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.
