I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel ,
Very tidy and clean , comfortable bed , clean bathroom ,
And very quiet , good window isolation from outside noise ,
Delicious breakfast , really enjoyable ,
Receptionist helpful , I needed to print some documents urgently and she helped me with this .
Perfectly located , in town centre and close to train station , what more can you ask for .
Perfect , would definitely recommend .

This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

We were in Birmingham for the Festival of Quilts at the NEC. We loved stayingin your hotel as it was so convenient for the city and lovely places to eat in the evenings. Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert),
Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection -
