  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night.
