Odd entrance but staff were excellent to us over our stay better than any other place that I have stayed. location was perfect for stay being just off the main roads but still quiet with minimal traffic noise. Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

The proximity to Victoria Train & Coach station. 5min walk for both. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. Toiletries supplied and replenished daily.Staf

good location near to Victoria. small hotel but has all the amenities needed. really friendly and helpful staff. breakfast certainly different experience, sitting in the cooking area. no tea or coffee in rooms but free hot drinks and bottled water in reception.

Location was incredible. You could see Kensington Palace from the end of the street. Very close to the tube and centrally located so most attractions were within a reasonable travel time. Lot's of restaurants and shopping close by. You could also walk to a number of museums, Royal Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. Apartment wasn't spacious, but certainly enough room for the four of us.
