Absolute gem of a hotel. The staff could not do enough for you, so polite and helpful and genuinely caring. The room was immaculately cleaned. The breakfast was good and varied and standard pricing. very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. Also thought the 24 food was great.

The rooms were spotless and well layed out, everything one would expect to find in a hotel room was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and big, very clean and the bed was comfortable. - It was a fantastic location for getting in and out of london central, just across the street from Wembley Park station and Wembley Stadium. The rate of £80 for a family room was obviously a big plus (though I know that rates alter as to events held at Wembley). Lots of places to eat in surrounding area.

The room we chose suited our needs. I was impressed that they could provide everything a person will need for a comfortable trip. It was cleaned daily.
Although the breakfast was one fixed menu, I had no issues with the breakfast provided.
The staff was very friendly. It is located very close to shops and eateries, as well as a tube station, making this hotel a good choice, if money is the determining factor.
Overall, I would stay here again.
