We were very impressed with this hotel.
The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend.

Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of
Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food),
Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West
End theaters.
Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up.

The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it.

The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the
staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay
comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal
items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed
them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they
were superb and the atmosphere was great.

The most thing i like, the location of the hotel. Its basically next to Churchill hotel of the most famous hotels in london plus its about 100 meters or less from Oxford street. - Super attentive service from check in to check out. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.

We arrived here as a family with young children of 3 and 6 years old. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only in a Family Apartment which we can recommend to travellers like us. Everything a family with children would need when travelling was present at this apartment. There was enough space, the kitchen was of a good size, very clean and all possible utensils. The staff was polite and understanding. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. We liked there and will come back when we visit London again.
