The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

sphThis hotel was ideally located. Withing walking distance of Millenium stadium (purpose of our visit). was a pleasure to walk into such a comfortable,bright and pleasant bed room. The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty. It is great that there is parking adjacent to hotel. -

We found the complex easily and were swiftly met by friendly staff who showed us to the secure parking bay and our apartment. Absolutely love this place. I felt as if I just changed residence. The staff were very prompt prior to arrival and took care of any questions, concerns, and had good advice for venues. They also provided 25% off at 5 restaurants and pubs down by the wharf. The wharf was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Their location was brilliant and the security and parking at the apartments was excellent. The apartments were very nice, modern and spacious. I will definately use them again. - easy access to cardiff bay,home from home comforts, excellent facilities .would definitely stay here again.

We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.
