  Really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and check-in was very easy. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Ideal Hotel for Cardiff Central Train & Bus station as only a very short walk with luggage. Very easy to collect luggage and again short walk to Train/Bus station. It is also only a short walk away from the Motor point arena & main - Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. TV with loads of channels, tea/coffee, iron, hair-dryer, alarm clock and phone. Bathrooms usually have bath with shower over but I have had a room with just the shower which is fine for me. Towels are really big and fluffy which earns brownie points from me. Bar area is comfy and bar staff lovely. Had lunch here which was very tasty altho a bit pricey for a sandwich I only used restaurant for breakfast

  I am disabled and don't get out of the house very often. and very rare get a good nights sleep. the comfort of the room and bed was excelent .I had the best sleep the night I stayed at the Hilton that I have had in months . a wonderful hotel.   We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite.
