The room was comfortable and spotless, and reasonable size. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable. Abbey Lodge is perfectly positioned for a stroll into town or along the seafront. Bernadotte and her husband were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was exactly as and when requested.

Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. The welcome was warm, with a quick but efficient guide to all of the amenities, we were shown to our room with all the courtesy of a top class guesthouse.
The bedroom was fantastic, very clean and tidy, with quite possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time!! Bathroom was small but spotless and everything worked, hot water etc.
The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the free access to the kitchen drinks and snacks was a welcome respite from the "minibar" set

Very friendly staff, very knowegable about the surrounding area, transport and eating out.
ROom was very clean, and well decorated. We stayed in a small double, description was very accurate, but decent for 1 night stay.

Although on the small side, the room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. Lovely big, soft fluffy towels provided as well as a complimentary bottle of water and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was yummy. Short walk into town centre either along the promenade or through town.
