When on business trip I've stayed with hotel conglomerates such as Kempinski, Shangri-la, Sheraton, Hilton etc. But none of these could compare with the Henrietta, if a heart-warming, relaxing and unforgettable stay is what you are looking for. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.   We had a huge room - loved the canopy bed. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The mint on the pillow was a really nice touch! - The four poster bed and size of the room made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

  Arrived at hotel before checking in time and room was ready for us. Room was very cosy and warm considering it was a very cold day in January. Bed was comfortable room was spotless clean and en-suite was exceptionally clean. Well positioned to go into Bath, breakfast good very enjoyable stay. Parking was easy. Free speedy internet access. I stay away from home on business at least twice a month and this has been the best place I have stayed in, and I have stayed in all different star rated hotels and BandB's.
