The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

I really have nothing to complain about. My initial image of the hotel painted in a drab gray and near the airport approach, left me with doubts about our choice. Once inside, all changed. This apartment is very near to Heathrow Airport and just a train station by Heathrow connect for a train fare of £5.60/adult to Hayes &Harrington station. Taxi fare from this apartment to Heathrow Airport is cheap for a booking of big taxi is only £16 for a family of 4 persons. It's not worth to take a taxi from airport to this apartment as airport tax + other costs will be added.
Tesco supermarket is just a few steps from the apartment.
