Breakfast was great, the hotel is close to the town centre a short walk. There was ample parking. Free internet access was a bonus. The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated. I would recommend this hotel. As a small hotel there is no lift so if you have mobility issues this may not be a suitable hotel for you.

Big rug. The location was brilliant for Harrogate town centre - 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely be going back. -
Although we booked a studio apartment we were surprised that there was a fair amount of space in the apartment itself. Plenty of crockery etc., and some tea bags, water and soft drinks which were a bonus. Ideal if you don't like the idea of having huge breakfasts at a B & B or hotel. We would definitely book these apartments again. Very central to the Town.

And that would have been a complete waste of a great holiday beak in a great little guest house. It was excellent, and dave, the propriotor made us so welcome. Highly recommended.

We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

Andy and Tracey were the most delightful, welcoming hosts. They were also very professional and sociable - without becoming intrusive. The B&B is located in an excellent location; not too near, but not too far from the town centre. The room was just perfect, comfortable and clean. The B&B was quiet and very tidy. Above all, the breakfasts were to die for: plenty of choice and beautifully presented.

Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient owners. Its a lovely Victorian building which was perfectly located for the conference centre. It is big enough not to feel at all awkward coming and going. We stayed at the Balmont for my sisters 50th with 6 other ladies, we had an excellent time, the guest house was lovely, very close to the town only a few minutes walk.The staff where very friendly the breakfast was beautiful. We found the owner of the B and B very friendly and helpful and very aware of the needs of elderly people. The breakfast was very good and it was helpful to be presented with tickets which allowed us to park free in front of the B and
B. It was also very useful to have so many good restaurants within easy reach. We also appreciated the way it was arranged that we should have help over transporting our luggage to our room.
