  Everything about the Hotel;, Staff were welcoming and friendly -the room was large, light, airy and comfortable as were the beds. The food we ordered as room service was quick to come and tasty and breakfast was delicious. The Hotel is close to both the auditorium and town centre so was ideal for us and it was easy to get in and out of Grimsby fro... что говорят » m there. All in all an excellent stay! - Very friendly staff/manager at check in. Gay couple so sometimes have problems. No issues at all. Rooms very very good value for money. Large, full bathroom/bath facilities a plus. didnt use them due to late arrival but additional facilities such as spa/sauna etc all included in price were an added bonus.

  Although the hotel is quite old and the decor a little tired, it was clean, comfortable and very pleasant. The staff were helpful, smiley and right on the button. We asked for more pillows and they were brought up immediately. The full english breakfast was good, hot and tasty.   The room was perfect, spacious and relaxing. My 8 yr old daughter had her 1st stay in a hotel and loved it. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly. Later in the visit i saw 3 housekeepers who were friendly. Ideal location as my brother lives a few minutes drive away. - This was my first experience of a Premier Inn.
