When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

The staff were definitely the best about the hotel, very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was totally adequate for the price, clean and bright, the location is perfect for staying in Glasgow and the bar attached to the hotel is one of the best in Glasgow. - the staff were very friendly and willing to help at all times.I would love to return

The Junior Suite was immaculate and very well set out. We had a turret in our room and i especially liked the small table and 2 chairs situated in it so that you can be cosy and have a good view of the gardens and beyond.
