  When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival.   The hotel is dated, but in a very authentic, cultural type of way. We had the executive suit (Lamond) which we were surprised at in its size, comfort and cleanliness. I've never had a hotel with a Spa bath! The staff were exceptionally friendly (not unusual for Scotland though) and the breakfast was yummy - diet went out the window!
