  The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Even toilet rolls were a expensive brand! But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

  Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. Will certainly use the hotel again the next time we are in Glasgow - The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The room was ideal with a free mini bar.   Central location and friendly staff. I was also accompanied by my elderly Mother. We arrived slightly early but were welcomed by a friendly lady at reception and allowed to check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and very warm. A lovely deep bath with bubble jets was an added bonus and my Mother had another spacious shower room to herself. There is also good accessibility with the lifts present in the building. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary appliances. It was excellent that free luggage storage was available on checkout for a few hours.

The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi. Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.
