  This Hotel is budget friendly & supplies value for money.The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are great & we got a good nights sleep. It is close to amenities such as shopping, buses & trains to London. This is our third stay. - The excellent staff, we were looked after by a lovely lady who was really friendly & couldn't do enough! Great staff make a great experience- thank you, your people made our stay excellent, I would use a Premier inn again over the other similar hotels.

  Liked the really helpful staff with directions to find hotel. Liked the new bathroom and other new fittings -didn't look tired at all like lots of hotels. Especialy Sidonie who was extreemly friendly, helpful and came to our rescue when my 20 month old baby son was sick all over our room, beds, floor, walls and bathroom. when I went to ask for some cleaning utensiles to clean the mess up she came straight away and cleaned our whole room and changed all our ... что говорят » bedding, she is a star. The Family room was clean, all beds made, very big and we - lovely spacious room, was very clean, was met by lovely friendly lady on reception. Only stayed one night as was attending a friends party nearby, would happily stay again! Breakfast was much needed and enjoyed in the morning.

It was quaint, light and airy, well furnished and complete with tv and direct dial telephone. There was a fire door which opened out onto the fire escape which overlooked the garden. The ensuite was spotlessly clean. Brekfast was plentiful and served quickly and efficiently by friendly professional staff.
