the location of the Rowans is delightful. The view of the expanse of the countryside to the mountains beyond from the breakfast table was wonderful. Ann and George are great hosts, friendly, but not too much. They pitch it just right. the breakfast was really good too and the house is immaculate. I would definitely recommend the Rowans. -

Marion was a fantastic host, she immediately made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived quite late at night and despite a closed kitchen Yann and his wife prepared a lovely bite for us weary travelers as we caught up on the days' visits. They have a beautiful home with a limited number of rooms suited for both families, couples and friends traveling together. It's rare and great to see such a high level of service within a warm and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here when you're in the area!

I loved everything about this place, the hosts were warm and welcome,
the home made baking was delicious, the room very comfortable and the
breakfast was delicious. They even drew the Australian flag on the
welcome board for me :) highly recommend this place - definitely stay

We were made to feel welcome right from the minute we entered Merlindale.
The hosts and staff were excellent and very easy to get along with - we were made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble.
The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and accommodation could not have been better.
The food was excellent and plentiful.

being a business trip...the desciptors in 3 and 6 are more to do with
