Staff in both the premier Inn and the adjacent Pub were very welcoming friendly efficient and helpful. A big thank you to them. Room was spotless and very "Premier Inn" comfortable. A good position for access to Crewe and station -

Perfect place to spend a night whether you are a tourist or a business traveller . Quiet , easy to get to and great facilities . Good Beefeater also with superb food and friendly staff . Have stayed here 4 times so far, the great price is only 1 of it's many points! Since the hotel isn't small, nor huge, it's just righ- the staff are attentive and guest facilities are quite good considering, you can easily tell there's been a good effort made! Particularly liked the friendly, helpful staff and the general cleanliness of the hotel. Really comfortable bed and room had everything i needed - especially liked the convenience of an all in one iron/ironing board / trouser press which although compact worked wonders ! Great food and excellent value for money. - The free coffee was a real bonus.

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment and after travelling all day with 2 young children it was perfect for us. Having separate bedrooms and living area was a bonus. We were leaving the hotel before breakfast started but the lovely lady on reception arranged to leave a breakfast tray outside of our room with fruit, yoghurt and juice on it which is excellent service. The bed was really comfortable and we had a good overnight stay, thank you. We will definitely return if we are up that way again.

that the room was clean,the staff were very pleasant,and the food was lovely - We only stayed one night,but were made welcome by Ray on reception,a nice comfortable room,and a good full English on the morningsreved by a very pleasant Tracy.Looking out on to the main road did not bother us at all (noise) we slept like logs....Les.
