  Absolutely everything really. It is such a beautiful Guest House in a superb location along the seafront. The rooms are comfy and cosy, the breakfast is delicious and the welcome is warm. Would recommend this Guest House for anyone considering a trip to Cleethorpes.   We liked everything about Brown's Rooms - Rebekah and Tim are most welcoming hosts and they have a wicked sense of humour. the accommodation itself is fantastic. Our room (the White Room) was huge and was furnished comfortably and thoughtfully. My room held 2 single beds and the decor was restful. The pot of tea and cake on arrival was most welcome and I felt confident of being well looked after.   Everything. Literally. This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The owners pay attention to every detail to make stay of their guests the best possible. Thank you very much for it.
