The service was the best I've experienced anywhere.
Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better.
The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing. Breakfast in bed.

Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard.
Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining.
Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu.
All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!
I would highly recommend the romantic roads for couples and Broadway Tower especially! A fantastic way to explore the surrounding areas, scenery you will be speechless about!

Considerate, affable and accommodating staff were present throughout the hotel, from reception to the restauarant. Our courteous booking in lady. She took on board my 60th birthday celebration, and sent a glass of bubbly to the room. The same lady sorted out the fact that someone turned our 'service the room' hanger around to 'do not disturb' when we returned early evening, someone's idea of a jolly jape!

The staff was great. Location is perfect - 30 seconds to Montpellier, but on a pretty quiet street. The building itself is a great example of Cheltenham architecture. Our room (Suffolk) had creaky floors and several cabinet handles just fell off - we sort of liked it as it intensified our impression of a 'period' building. -

After staying in hotels, it was great to be in an apartment, big tv, great bed & pillows, it was nice to cook for ourselves, also to shop at the gourmet food deli's which were close by. To catch up on laundry, we were very happy. -

Fantastic location close to all the lovely things Cheltenham has to offer. We were there to visit the Literary Festival and all the events were on our doorstep. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Owners were very helpful and responsive. The parking space was an added bonus. -
