It was above expectations. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well organized rooms and tidy kitchen. The price was fair in comparison to other hotels. The flat was not tight as compared to most UK hotels and flats. It is an excellent choice for the families. - The apartment was spacious and well decorated, and also conveniently located.

I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions. I also appreciated the use ofthe free car park. - The Mercure Lodge Hotel, Cardiff is a great hotel based about 5 mins from the centre - An excellent base for a weekend in Cardiff. We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.

The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and always a smile on their faces. The rooms were better than we expected, really great value and extremely clean, decorated well and spacious (not like your other standard small rooms where you can barely move).

Stayed for one night. From booking in to leaving each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.

We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. Hotel is in a good location for Cardiff City Centre. It's clean, with friendly staff, so I think is great value for money. I took my daughter to The Dr Who Experience, it was only 15mins drive and good eating places nearby if you don't fancy being on the roads with the Cardiff mad drivers! -

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were modest, but a great value for money and also very clean. The hotel is on a good location close to the city center, but still very peaceful and safe. Breakfast was excellent as well, fresh bread, yoghurts, fruit every morning. I would definitely come back to stay at the Beverley, especially if I come back with friends or family.
