  Staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is right. Even though they had an annual performance audit being carried out on the morning that I arrived, the staff still made time to help me by keeping my luggage behind reception while I went to a meeting so I could check-in later. Pillow was excellent. Went to the Brewers Fayre for breakfast - Chef made me a bacon and cheese omellette which was not on the menu, was very happy about that! Staff were very helpful in pointing out where indoor playgrounds could be found.

  The inn is situated in a nice rural location. Although right on the main road into Bridgewater the traffic noise was barely audible. Friendly, helpful staff served good food with a minimum of delay. The room was clean and comfortable.
