We loved the building and decor, and the location was absolutely perfect. We always choose hotels with openable windows (rather than air conditioning) where possible, and this one met that criteria too. The situaution of the the hotel to the train links is good, walking
distance to Richmond is good, approximatly 20mins. The staff are
friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance.
Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until
10am the next day for free.

Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Hotel was clean, modern and very good value for money. Our room,
although not huge, was adequate in size for two people. The bathroom was
clean and modern, with one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel.

Location was good, either 7 /8 minutes walk to Richmond Tube /
Train Station and just a bit further into town shops etc. Bus stops in
either direction normally straight outside, although when we where there
the one into Richmond was out of use due to engineering works.
Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Drinks in bar (well at least the beer / lager) was cheaper than any pubs we went in in Richmond , Twickenham, Brentford or Chiswick.

The hotel was great - the room was lovely, not massive but more than adequate. The look of the hotel was really nice, very clean and contemporary. The price was very good value for money - although a little out of central London it really wasn't a problem as the tube station is just round the corner and goes straight in on the Piccadilly line. Price was excellent (for London!) and the free parking and location of the Tube Station were bonuses. Nice area, convenient for Wembley, with a couple of nice restaurants just round the corner. The location is excellent just about 30 min from Heathrow and close to
Ealing Broadway underground with connections to central London. Bus
service right infront of the hotel. Also some nearby Halaal food

The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel.
Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.
