  Lovely warm room on coldest day of the year! Rooms were pretty basic but clean~and perfectly adequate for a nights stay.Shower water wasn't very warm and the towels too small! Good breakfast. Would stay there again.   Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom. Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the small double bedroom as it was such a good price, and it was extremely well thought out with a nice view of the gardens as a bonus.
