The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

Everything. The room we were offered was brand new, very tastefully decorated to a high standard. Lots of touches that puts this place above the rest like: On arrival we were greeted in the car park and our cases carried in, we were offered a tray of tea/coffee and this was delivered to our room with homemade bread pudding aswell!! Myself and my partner have just spent two nights at southern breeze lodge,which is run by a lovely couple Malcolm and fran.On arrival Malcolm came out to meet us and helped with our luggage, we were then offered a fresh pot of tea and homemade bread and butter pudding which I thought was a lovely touch! The rooms were kept spotless and cleaned on a daily basis.We were cooked a full English breakfast by fran each morning with was superb and set us up for the day,I would highly recommend this lov

One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom.
Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. -

Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.
