  Elaine and Steve were very nice and welcoming, helpd out with directions and facilities in town too. I normally stay in hotels when working away but thought it'd be nice to have a 'home' feel for once. The room was very pretty, clean and tidy. modern but not agressively modern. good size too. All good, and would definitively stay there again. - Everything fantastic this hotel is such a credit to Elaine & myself & hubby & my 2 child 10-9 was made very welcome from the moment I rang the bell :) the breakfast is fantastic so much to pick and all fresh the room were spotless as was the hotel couldn't of asked for more they even went out there way to help my older daughter & boyfriend who was stoping in another hotel they r such a lovely couple and will be sure going back again next yr

  The hotel is on the airport site and we only had to take 10 steps and we were in the airport. The bar/restaurant next door is fantastic value for money,we went into Blackpool itself and came back here for drinks but we should have stayed as the food looked gorgeous and plentiful. It also has a great kids area aswell.   Everything was fantastic! Sue was so helpful and kind, really made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Its a very beautiful little place, the room was great! Clean, warm, & comfortable! We both found it was a nice and q - Sue, the owner was very friendly, welcoming, chatty and gave time to each of her guests. She also provided us with details of a venue which was holding a fireworks display, as we arrived on 5 November 2013. Our room was clean, had up to date decoration, and the towels were changed daily. There was sufficient sockets for electrical items, and the tea and coffee items were replenished daily. A good hearty breakfast was provided every morning.
