it was just nice guest house , easy going and helpfull, as i fell down and hurt my leg they told me where hospital was and also where we could eat out and opinions about the places too - The owner was very welcoming, we booked in and he offered to help us inwith our luggage. The location is great,the pleasure beach only a 5 minute walk and away from the noise of the centre. I was very pleasantly surprised on arrival as I wasn't expecting too much! the apartments are pet friendly and are fully equipped, more than the average self catering, nice and clean. The owner and his staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Quiet and convenient location with car parking right outside the door yet only 5 minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach. Very clean, plenty of hot water and well equipped. Dog friendly, at no extra cost, with grassed area opposite the apartment for last wee of the night.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.

We liked everything about this hotel. Couldnt find any fault. Would definately recommend it to anyone. The owners were very helpful, hotel was lovely, going back again for sure. Even my fussy daughter liked it. The breakfast was firstclass, bedrooms were smart, clean and very comfortable, so worth it. We would have loved to stay longer.

Owner was friendly and helpful and welcomed us taking our dog with us. Good vaue for money with excellent breakfast. We were made welcome but also allowed to come and go as we liked. Room comfortable - Felt like another home, staff were excellent, it was clean and we were made to feel welcome from the get-go.
